True. But the difference is, Poole turns around and does things like the 2nd half last night where he about singlehandedly turned that game around and turned what was looking like a loss into a win.

Yep, saw both versions of Poole last night. Hope he learns to be more 2nd half Poole and less 1st half Poole. RW needs to adjust too but clearly he never will.

Another difference is Poole is often in the role of primary scorer (like last night) especially when Curry is out. RW will never be in that role unless both PG and Kawhi are out.

That play where he missed the 3, saved the ball from going out of bounds, then ran back to the 3 point line, got the pass and nailed the shot was ridiculous.

Easier said than done with only 20 or so games left. Making up 4 games in the loss column is hard. Realistically I think the suns need to go 15-4 of 16-3 to end the season if they are thinking about passing the kings.

Sac at 25 losses with 21 games left. Hard to see them ending up at 35+ losses

Not saying it will be easy at all.

But I do think it will happen.

We shall see.

But what if I told you this is the worst 3 point percentage of his last 3 seasons and he's still has a higher 3pt percentage on the year than Trae Young?

Trae Young - 32.7%
Jaylen Brown - 33.7%
Fred VanVleet - 33.6%

I believe it. Trae is overrated and inefficient, same as Poole. Both are still young though and can figure it out. And yes the problem is more shot selection, he often pulls up from 3 off the dribble early in the shot clock.

You're right about Kawhi That's on the coach I guess.

But still Russ needs to stop with the 3s. He's like Draymond taking those.

He took those shots because the Warriors baited him into doing it. They were literally not even bothering to guard Westbrook last night, sometimes to comical degrees. It's why he's basically unplayable in the playoffs. It makes it extremely hard to have a high functioning offense when no one guards him and he's prone to bad shots and turnovers. You could maaaaybe survive if he was a lockdown defender but he's not. He's a reckless gambler on defense too.

I think you would be hard pressed to find another player in his 6th plus season who has a collective negative VORP yet gets starters minutes.

He has never had a positive VORP season
