Yeah if he's even your 3rd best player it's not great as Boston learned this year.

He’s a guy who could be the teams 3rd best offensive player but 9th best defensive player. I don’t think that kind of a guy has value on a winner.

Be angry all you want.

But it is in the best interest of the organization to sit players out of regular season games.

While you can’t predict major injury, you absolutely can limit wear and tear and significantly reduce risk of muscle injuries by simply having players sit when they are less than 100%.

That is the future of sports, like it or not.

That team is athletic as hell and I think would fit the modern game a little better than the twin tower look.

Guy has regressed last few years and on wrong side of 30 (with a number of injuries). I don't think I'd want him if OKC. At this point you'd be going after name only.

2 years left at $36M+. Gotta have cap space burning a hole in your pocket (or dumping similar salary that doesn't fit your roster in turn).

Nobody expected much out of the Knicks.....after getting CP the Suns were going to be better. Not as good as they turned out, but definitely a playoff team. I don't think many predicted the Knicks to be in the postseason.
