If you include college, which the Basketball HOF does, it's not crazy to put Bill Walton ahead of Steph. I wouldn't put Harden ahead of him though.
Who includes college for all time rankings though? Otherwise Kareem should probably be the GOAT.

Maybe a better way to look at Portland is that they wasted Dame rather than wasted their backcourt?

Dame is better than CJ, but CJ is still very good.

As others have pointed out, Portland isn't exactly a destination franchise. So signing a difference making FA, wasn't happening for them.

However, they may have been able to trade CJ to get better players or better picks to put better players around Dame?

Obviously no one told James Harden that Portland has the most strip clubs per capita.

My reaction to the 2nd Pfizer was being really tired, achey, and a sore arm. Mostly just the next day, but it lingered and faded over the next day or two after.
me, too....also no appetite. Maybe chills and a fever.

But he was listing all time top 20 players not HOF resumes. And while Steph was not Bill Walton level dominant in college, he was pretty good. Davidson? He had them in the elite 8 if I recall.

If you're a top 20 player of all time, it is safe to say that you have a Hall of Fame resume. Bill Walton led UCLA to 2 back to back National Championships one of which was arguably the greatest individual performance in NCAA finals history.

A. Kareem is the GOAT.

B. The Basketball Hall of Fame does and to be a top 20 all time player, you need a Hall of Fame resume.

Yeah, she's off her meds again or drunk when she posted that.

Tell her you heard from an anonymous source that Kenmore high school sucks. That will really piss her off.

Players always try, their careers depend on it. Just couldn't bench enough players to get down to Cavs level apparently.... :heh:
I did laugh at that one...and first part is true. The players on the court try, especially the ones who are not well established.

Did you know that Bill Russell led his S.F. Dons to back to back national titles and he won his final 56 college games?
All he did was win.

Tough to top KAJ & Walton though. What was it, 3 national titles for Kareem & an 88-2 record for Walton?

Yeah but we're not talking HOF, we're talking just best NBA players of all time. If you want to include that in your rankings that's absolutely fine, but they don't translate for me. I mean it's kind of unfair to knock Lebron or Kobe in that sense.

LOL, this is very on the nose for you
i mean cmon- ya gotta say 7 seasons of all star play in a league where like a Karl Malone was elite forever is not exactly a lot.

Especially when you are talking about top 20 players ever. Thats some rarified air.

Skip Bayless is a goddamn genius. I gotta hand it to him. Like there is no possible way for him to be this stupid, so I can only count it as genius to get views.

Steph is not in his top 20? Ok, that's fine that's your opinion. But two names he dropped ahead of Steph were Bill Walton and James Harden. WHAT?

You found Wiggy!
