if i had ot choose one of Garland or Sexton i think i would take Garland.

Cavs need to lose though- they cant make hte playoffs. They need one more guy before they start to turn the corner.

Suggs or Green or Mobley ------

they had some great lotto luck years back but hte last couple years its been shit. Just one time they need to get a little lucky and they can move on to that next phase.

So Paul Pierce got fired. What an idiot.

Well deserved.

Not because of posting the party. But because he absolutely sucks at this job. They really let go of T-Mac for him. ESPN is dumb as shit. Their best NBA people are the ones that do The Jump and Tim Legler, yet they always put their worst ones on the big games (Pierce, Jay Williams, and Jalen Rose)

I doubt that would end up in a better winning situation for Kawhi.

How could it not?

LAC certainly has enough talent to win a title. Their issue is leadership. Butler is a leader. Kawhi could do his thing and thrive playing with Jimmy Butler.

lol , to compare the phantom injuries of the today’s players vs players in past are comical at best.

injuries , in my day, YES MY DAY, and I don’t give a crud about the sport, it’s about being prepared, how you prepared to play for the TEAM! Not yourself. For the organization, not yourself, for the fan, not yourself. Were real. Players in past wanted to win at all costs. Even taking out a player if necessary by all means.

today player’s MINDSET is all about MONEY, PROLONGATION. And they are not willing to work hard for it.
Maybe you’re always negative because the Ny Knicks have been eternal dog shit since John Stark went 3-17 in the Finals.

Yep and it seems like Jimmy was the first option to team up with Kawhi and PG was the second

Cowherd was just talking about this in relation the Lakers and Nets with the AD, Lebron and KD injuries.

He thinks that both teams are slow playing their return.

There are about 22 games left in the regular season, I'm sure the Lakers would be good with being around .500 for the next 10-12 games and then bringing them back with 10 or so games left. The Nets are probably thinking the same re: KD.
That makes sense....regular season doesn't mean much.

truth is- Schroeder already turned down 20+ mill a year 4 year contract. If they resign him to say 4 years 90M that basically becomes your "3rd amigo"- and with their cap situation- and the league cap situation either being stangant or coming down becuase of covid- you cant afford not to sign him.

cap should be about 112M

LeBron- 41
Davis- 36
Pope- 13
Kuzma- 13

plus 5 M of Luol Deng (the last year at least)
= 108 M

(Harrell 10M player option- lets keep him out of it and just say he declines)

so- even if Harrell declines- you are basically at the cap already and still have a bunch of roster spots to fill.

you really cant let schroeder go- no one is really going to tgive you anyhting for pope or kuzma- and you owe basically all the picks you can trade to New Orleans already.

so this will be the Miami the rumor this summer that doesnt come true. fun.

add it to Aldridge (back), Westbrook, Giannis, and more.

I mean im not reading much into it. We'll be good one way or the other but Kawhi did already said he's opting out and have to think he wants to go to another good team if he leave the clippers.

Who the hell knows with Kawhi...but imo, the only way he for sure returns to the Clips is if they make the finals. If they make the WCF, I think it'll be 50/50. Anything less than WCF and I think he's gone.

My concern with him going to the Heat would be him not fitting in with the Heat culture. He seems to expect some special treatment.

You said the same thing about us getting AD....LOL.

You all had assets then. Now you don't.

You got the cap hold for Schroder for 23 mil. About it

SAS going off on ESPN and he's right.
