And players don't play to lose, and frankly you shouldn't want them to. You guys have a million picks, playing hard is more important than getting the 10th seed instead of 12th

I’m not saying the players should tank, you can’t ask them to. Just saying this was probably their one year to get a top 5 pick. The Thunder have so much young talent as it is, remember the name Moses Brown.

Mavs really sucked it up at the beginning of the year but right now have the 8 seed- with GSW and Memphis and 9 and 10 in the West.

Surprised SAS is where they are at.

Dont worry- i have full confidence that Curry can deliver a 7 or 8 seed.

Seriously, I don't know what to make of this other than he's ok with losing, so long as it's his way. We're about 1 more losing season away from Steph demanding a trade because knowing him, he wouldn't ask for anyone to be fired.

Griff said he knew he was leaving here as soon as we won the title as in his words it just wasn't fun anymore. But it does seem odd he'd prefer a season at the bottom to one at the top.

I don’t think he is saying that at all.

What I think he is saying is that there was a ton of drama on the ‘19 team and he didn’t have fun coaching that year because of it.

That is all. I wouldn’t read too much into it.
