Remember it well. George Karl the HC.

Dumbass former owner Ted Stepien fired HOFer Chuck Daly. What is it with Cleveland owners? That weasel Modell fired Paul Brown.

And before anyone says it no the Browns did not fire Belichick. He wasn't fired until after Modell moved his franchise to Baltimore.

Jerami Grant is balling for them. Had a great game last night.

He's missed by the Nuggets this season. Not sure how long this is gonna last but I have an NBA league pass free preview right now. Been checking out some extra NBA action lately. But mainly watched Lakers/Cavs & the Celtics game last night.

Was thinking the same...so frustrating.

Sexton is a talented young guy. I think this was the first time I watched a full game of his. He made a lot of silly mistakes last night however. It's something he can easily correct though experience and age though so not a big deal.

If he puts in the work he's gonna be a damn good player for the Cavs for years to come.

Right, but if someone puts in a waiver claim wouldn’t they have to have the cap space for his remaining contract?

Not sure how that works.

But it could eliminate a lot of the teams who would want to put in a claim.
IF he needs to go through waivers my guess is you are correct. My guess is also to buy someone out waivers does not come into play.

He has definitely had too many TOs last couple games. Part of that I'm sure is Cs and Lakers play good defense. also think part of it is trying to keep teammates involved. I think he needs to shoot more, or at least a happy medium.

yah zero chance he is waived.

on the way in this morning Lloyd was being interviewed on 92.3. He previously said as soon as Allen was dealt the Cavs got calls on Drummond and McGee.

If the Cavs want to make a deal with Drummond they will. If not they will just keep his Bird rights and go into the offseason.

you just dont give away a guys Bird Rights like Drummond for nothing. To even suggest so is craziness.
Missed him talking Cavs but heard him talk Browns, Baker and Watson. Some good stuff. Not sure I agreed with him, but I like listening to Jason Lloyd when on.

Was watching the game last night and thought I was hearing things. The play by play guys called Osman Jedi multiple times. Didn't know that's his nickname. And what's your outlook for the Cavs now that the season's started, can they be a .500 team?
He is foreign. His first name is Cedi but it’s pronounced Jedi. Weird I know lol

It just depends on their growth and development, who knows really but I don’t see them having a top 10 pick. I think they can compete for a 7 or 8, anything else is playing with fools gold bc I imagined this in 2-3 years

Charlotte is an interesting trade idea for Drummond. They can trade Zeller, Biyombo and Monk plus a future pick-all expiring contracts for Drummond. They would be the type of small market team to resign him for big money too

Man, that was quick. Oubre already out

Yeah, Oubre's just not been a good fit. His basketball IQ is low. His passing is terrible for a team that stresses ball movement. He's shooting 21.8% on threes in over 5 attempts a game. Just not bringing what they thought he would.
