Top guard recruit Warren picks OTE over college
Bryson Warren, the No. 14 basketball prospect in ESPN's Class of 2023, has signed with Overtime Elite, becoming the eighth five-star recruit to sign with the upstart league.www.espn.com
I haven't had any of my starters play yet but I have Corral and the Louisville QB, hoping they ball outMy college fantasy team is already awful
Local radio guys were talking the other day and they had an unnamed GM quote about Simmons. The word they used to describe him was “reserved” as in he has accepted that where he is now as a player is good enough. He’s an All Star and he’s convinced he doesn’t need to add to his game. If that’s the league’s perception of Simmons that’s saying that despite his skill set, even guys programmed to be megalomaniacs, thinking they are the ones that hold the key to unlock players believe that Simmons can’t be cajoled to take his game next level. I agree with Dame and Simmons being a bad fit. I want Dame on the ball and Simmons needs to be on ball because he can’t shoot. Bad fit all around. If Portland does it, it’s because they want to ramp up defense for their squad around Dame and then the path is to try and be like the A.I. Larry Brown 2001 Sixers. One guy designed to take 35 shots and a bunch of defense around him.The way Simmons was in the playoffs he doesn’t fit anywhere
Honestly Portland has nothing to lose at this point, but I can understand them being hesitant to acquire a guy like that.Local radio guys were talking the other day and they had an unnamed GM quote about Simmons.
