He's nowhere close to being the defender Nance is. Or the rebounder.
Well, he is 20 and has never played 1 NBA game, so there's that. Are you suggesting he can never be close to where Nance is now? Hope not as that's kooky talk. I like Nance a lot but he is not exactly Rudy Gobert.

Meh.....maybe. But, to start him at SF with the other bigs (which is what Shane said)? No freaking way,
Never said that…I said he could possibly play 3, 4 or 5. Never said he would start at the 3

LOL. Well one player is 20 and a rookie and the other is 28. I think Mobley will be a decent rebounder, he is a 7 footer and athletic lol

I mean, he's done a good job and there is very little to criticize him for. Especially when you consider the cap and moves other teams have been able to make.

But running laps around the rest of the league? That seems a bit exaggerated.

I mean if consider how much he was criticized when he first took over to present day...he's done a remarkable job but like you said there are a handful of GM's who have also done a great job.

When you consider the "Short Buss era" he looks even better. So I get it. lol

But yeah, there are several GM's who have at least come close, if not equaled or done better. Especially with some of the teams that usually are on the playoff fringes or worse and have at least become semi-contenders if not full fledged contenders.

Who would have thought, for example, that we would ever be talking about the Clippers or Nets as contenders, let alone both at the same time.

So the Nets might be signing another old, broken down big man
