Green could play SG or SF at 6'6

Green sounds so good. Honestly- I think he or Suggs goes second.

I still want Green or Suggs for the Cavs- but the more I read about Mobley I am starting to get the hype. Hes supposedly a really good kid and hard worker- a very good defender with a shot. A lot of Chris Bosh comparisons and the body type and game seem to be a fit.

i mean- I am not going to freak out if they draft Mobley- I get it- he is probably BPA if he makes it to 3---- but i look at the game and see guys like Booker and Young--- and guards seem to have so much more of an impact than big men.

the more I read about Green the more I think he has the chance to be really freaking special. Suggs will be very very good- he has the highest basement of the 3 guys- he reminds me of a Kyle Lowry with a little more size so much.

Green has the body type and game to be Kobe-lite. OBviously comparing anyone to Kobe is ridiculous- but thats the best comp for the game and scoring prowess at that age anyway. Supposedly a great work ethic too

all 3 kids that the CAv might take- Suggs, Green and Mobley seem to be really good, smart, hard working kids.

Still- id go Green, Suggs, Mobley. But considering they were MOST LIKLEY to get the 7 spot- any of the 3 would be fine.

It is also a lot different asking him to play a bit role on an Olympic team surrounded by stars vs. being a 3rd option for a good team. He just isn’t reliable enough to count on that. Especially at the price tag he brings.

Love’s skill set is really well suited for international ball too.

totally agree. I think they take Green without a doubt.

Also though- Suggs is tough, plays defense, is a leader, has pretty good size for a 1 and enough size to play the 2 and not be totally undersized. Hes a guy that can lead a team.

I just hope that the Cavs dont draft Mobley. He might be BPA- but just watch Tray Young- bigs just dont carry as much value today. Get the dynamic guard/wing.

Unless the guy is Embiid or Anthony Davis in the making- take the guard or wing and dont think twice.

they also could take Barnes or kuminga at 6 and then trade up with 16 and 18 and still get him

I know they like Barnes bevause of the defense. Honestly I expect the Thunder to try to move up for Mobley.

Yeah, you guys already have a good young big. Mobley has a more diverse skill set, but 2 young bigs learning to play together can be a challenge. Suggs or Green are probably more natural fits.

Agree.....I mean, if they think he's AD or Towns (with heart) then take him...otherwise take Suggs/Green.

Could also see Sexton working his ass of and forcing them to start him at PG over Garland.

Maybe wishful thinking but hoping a stud draft pick and time on Olympic team reinvigorates Love to either help us or deal him for something that matters.
