We are talking about Demarcus Walker here. If you can't re-sign a guy like Walker because you want to go the cheap route in the draft then we might as well become the Florida Marlins of the NFL. Demarcus Walker's 1/2 year contract isn't going to stop us from signing big free agents. How are you going to field a competitive team not signing guys like Demarcus Walker??? Walker's contract shouldn't prevent us from forking out big money to other free agents. I'm sorry but if we are gonna have an issue signing rotational DL's like Demarcus Walker then we are in trouble and not spending our money wisely.

Talked to someone today about this. They said that is exactly what is happening. Broncos are trying to get both. I would say if it happens that is a huge sign of Fangio having the confidence of Paton that he will turn things around in a hurry.

Not officially released yet.

We just restructured McManus and Purcell. I would guess a Fuller move is coming.

He wouldn't be officially released until 4 p.m. today from what I understand so the Bears have a couple of hours to get something worked out.

It's almost like baseball in waivers. You put someone on waivers before it is official to go through and if someone is interested..... You can work out a trade before the waiver is officially processed. It just happened with Ryan Finley too. Bengals were going to released him and before it became official the Texans offered a late round pick for him.

I have something kind of cool to announce when it becomes official.. It doesn't really have anything to do with anything great for me, but someone I have been helping. Nobody else will think it is cool, but it involves a favorite player of mine that use to play in the NFL and is trying to get back there.
