Do you think there will be more or less trading this year in the Draft?

My guess is less. They say humans can multi task 3 things at one time. Try handling 3 phone calls real time with only your kids and 1 IT in the room but the medicals or lack there of could scare off teams.

I would do this in a heart beat. I would also say I posted this scenario last week.
Yes, you posted about Indy possibility - and that got me looking at trade value and it was right on.

I am really expecting the Falcons to jump up for CJ Henderson.

Let’s make some deals!

I have no idea if Indy wants someone who falls at 15 - maybe like a QB and we get their 34 and 44. Now we have 34, 44, 46, 77,83,95

But wait! Seattle is on the clock at 27 and as they do every year, they are looking to trade down. We get their 27 for our 46 and 77.

So now we have 27, 34, 44, 83 and 95.would you do that?

I think I would. We could get a WR like Mims, Jefferson, Aiyuk, or Reagor at 27 and add a top OL at 34 like Ruiz or Cleveland at 34, and then get a good CB at 44 like a Diggs or Johnson. And then we would still have have two third rounders.

what say you?

There has been talking about something like this from klis . and yes it would be great.

Elway might it seems he has no problem trading. He seems to enjoy moving down and gathering picks. Last year worked out.

This year overall I doubt as many.

My money is on more trades than normal. (Before I put money down, I need to know what normal is though). My rationale is that without the on campus workouts and not bringing prospects in, some GMs may be insecure with their rankings. Meanwhile other GMs will look to take advantage knowing their opinions are fool proof.

so I vote more.

Maybe I'm wrong, but if you are the Broncos and you think someone may trade up to get ahead of you to grab -say a WR - then you would want them thinking you are also considering to trade up and would still be ahead of them.

I still would not trade up for a WR in this draft - because of the WR talent available in the draft.

This is a really good point. For instance - the Denver Broncos likely know exactly everything there is to know about Laviska Shenault's physical condition, because the head of scouting is former Buff Russell and Philip Lindsay and Juwaan Winfree also have great connections into CU. If the Broncos wanted to set themselves up for a value pick on Shenault they probably have the best info.

Someone could say if more GM's are insecure about their rankings, wouldn't that mean less trying to move up? ;)

I only want Juedy who looks special and everyone else is grouped together (really good WRs) maybe go up to 10 for Juedy otherwise sit tight on WR. The last 4 years should tell anyone to sit tight. There will be more Sutton's selected in the 2nd that should be 1st round talent.

Love Jeudy but he is behind Ruggs and Lamb for me. He struggled this year in man coverage and that is a pretty big concern. Based on this year I would take Jefferson and Mims over Jeudy.. But I still would be happy with Jeudy especially the 2018 version.
