Sure, Buffalo has beaten us a few times this season, but we sure as shit don't want to trade places with them.

Look at Jeff Skinner, for example. This dude is making $10 million ($2.5 million more than anyone on our roster) this season with a cap hit of $9 million. He's signed for the next 6 seasons and has a no-movement clause.

He has 8 points in 38 games.

2 of those points were registered today against us...Lol

Actually, he has 4 points so far this month after putting up 4 points in the past 3 months combined.

Watch out for this guy, he's heating up.

This is probably a blessing as they weren't going anywhere this year. Best to be sellers and retool next season. If they had won Fletcher probably uses future resources that they need to get better. Either way what a joke these guys are sabres didn't even have their star players suited up and still won.

Morning boys! Deadline finally here. Any predictions on who stays or goes? I don't think anything drastic happens to be honest. I think bigger moves happen during off-season I do think Laughton gets resigned though.

It feels like the Flyers are going to do nothing to me. And that would be sad.

Laughton should be sold IMO. They're not making the playoffs this year and if he gets something similar to what Pearson got (3M), the Flyers shouldn't devote that cap resource to him. I like him, he's a good player, but they can't spend 3M on a 3rd/4th liner when they need to upgrade the top half of their lineup. Yes, there are guys I would rather move to free up that 3M, but teams didn't take Ghost for free. I think that tells you how difficult it is to move overpaid players.

Hall to the Bruins
Foligno to the Leafs
Carter to the Pens :puke:
Savard to the Lightning

Are the big moves from the weekend. GM's getting a little bit of a head start.

@Chris p Baconhas to be thrilled with the Avs building a stud roster. Dubnyk may just put them over the top to win it all. I just don't see any weaknesses on their roster now. Avs vs TB would be an entertaining series.

Av's are a younger team than we are as well.

TB vs Avs would be a good series.

Savard is a good move and Hall is only getting paid 50% of his salary so thats a good move and Boston received Curtis Lazar as well

Do something Fletcher. I don’t even care if it’s dumb at this point. Let us know you’re an active participant in this world.
