i just dont see why John Schneider would do a divisional rival any cap favo(u)rs by giving up an asset and ultimately saving the 49ers some cap space ( i think i saw it was 1.4 mill savings for the 49ers if they trade him at this point instead of cutting him).

The fact that the NFLPA has said they won't appeal and encourages the league to do the same tells me even they know this judgment is a joke.

Supposedly the settlement offer from NFLPA/Watson was 6-8, so how on earth does the ruling put them at the low end of that without a settlement???
