I knew they got Drew Lock in the Russ trade. I figured they had to have a better option at QB.

I assume he will end up in Seattle. Cleveland is possible dependent on the Watson decision.

Seahawks definitely need an upgrade at QB. They’d be crazy not to make a deal for him.

Geno is a journeyman. He’s not going to win you many games. I don’t know much about Eason but I can assure you Lock is horrendous.

I’m not sure what the QB situation in the 2023 draft is but a season in the tank could pay off with a nice high first round pick.

Seahawks definitely need an upgrade at QB. They’d be crazy not to make a deal for him.

Isnt Jimmy G gonna be waived by aug 30 anyways. I wouldnt waste a draft pick on a game manager who can no longer manage games if he signs free i guess its ok. Looks like theyre not winning much this season anyways

From what I read cutting him anytime after May 1st (iirc) would be really stupid on their part. Cutting him prior to then would have saved them 27M in cap space.

I mean they can and probably will cut him but that should have been done 2 months ago especially knowing they were moving onto Trey Lance.


Hell they’ll probably take a 7th rounder at this point just to move on from him for good and remove any distractions.

Honestly, and I said it so much but it hurts saying it, I'm on team tank.

The QB crop is ridiculous in 2023 draft. Some have compared it to 1983.

Why not Tank the year, go 4-13 and take Bryce Young , Alabama QB for those Canadians who want to watch Saturday football, or CJ Stroud, Ohio State?

That does worry me too. Especially if Byrant or Wooten take a step forward.

I'm good with young, Stroud, Will Levis( Kentucky) or Trevor Van Dyke ( Miami FL)
