Hill or Kelce?
its tough to take a TE in round 2 in a 3 WR league, I have found.

But Kelce and maybe Kittles look to be so far ahead of next TE so I get it.

If you draft 2 RBS and 1 TE in rounds 1.2 .4, the obviously WR will be a bit down.
At least with my top 2 I have high power offenses, although I know Watkins prob won't stay healthy all season.

If you like someone like Boyd or Ridley (I do) it could work out.

This league/group is never predictable,

I don't like Cooks that high, but that's just my opinion. Overall a solid team for 12-team league I think.

I prefer Conner, as he has that LeVeon Bell potential workload. Then again, that could just be because I had Conner on two teams last year and am familiar with him.

I would not gamble on Gordon personally. If you're looking at Freeman/Michel/Carson, I'm all over Carson. Michel has a lot of RBs to share carries with, notably White (and Burkhead, and Harris). I agree that Cook has that implied injury risk that can be a bit scary (have to get Mattison as a handcuff for sure).
