Danny not interesting in paying the luxury tax?
I don't believe ownership is unless the roster is a clear-cut title contender.

I guess more minutes for Brown, Green and Gordon.
Yep. It's probably a good thing from a long-term perspective... and good for Mook too, because he has a chance to really compete for a title in L.A... (if that's what he wants to do).

The C's have a fully stocked shelf of wings... so life will go on.

Damn right the West will be brutal next season. And speaking of the Nuggets did you heard about last years # 14 pick Michael Porter Jr. getting injured during practice?

If the trainers can get him 100% healthy they deserve a raise. And I would suggest wrapping MP Jr. in bubble wrap so his brittle ass don't get broken again.
Yeah, he tweaked it.

Good news: Not related to his past injury.

Heard he was looking good in practices.

I still don't know what the fuck the Clippers were thinking taking Robinson over Porter.

Worse trades you could make, honestly.

If he rebounds, you could always flip him to a team on the cusp later.

Think....Capela, Gordon maybe a 1st for Westbrook.

Let the Rockets slip to 5th or 6th out West...

They would take him.

I hope the Lakers finish 9th in the West next year.

Westbrick, Harden and CP3...sounds like a recipe for a shitshow

Like I've mentioned before I was a UNLV season ticket holder so I'm very fimiliar w/ the Thomas & Mack. To see that jumbotron & speaker moving was some weird stuff. Wonder if that shaking did anything to the foundation of the Thomas & Mack or the Cox Pavilion? Think it's right next door. That place wasn't around when I was there.

Its connected.
Ive recently been there twice to see Summer League.

That kid only played 3 games @ Missouri. Not sure if he's even ready for the NBA. But if he turns out to be what the sports talking heads have said it's gonna look like a very wise # 14 pick. Hope he's healthy & ready when the season tips off.

I forgot to ask earlier. Did you hear about Zion sitting on the bench w/ ice on his knee last night? I had the game on in the background & missed exactly what happened.

To be fair to Broussard, no one saw the PG trade coming. From what I heard that Woj apparently reported, if the Clips were unable to get the PG trade done...Kawhi was going to the Lakers.

Jerry "Obi Wan Kenobi" West must have Jedi mind tricked Presti. lol
As GMs, clearly Jerry West > Lebron > Masai > everyone else

I watched the game.

Didn't look serious.

But, kid better stay in shape.

He could easily go the way of Oliver Miller...lol

He's making max money while not being held accountable. Him being loyal to OKC is bullshit given that it's not like he's not being compensated well. Dude gets to run things how he wants without anyone in that organization telling him otherwise.
But all the stars are compensated well. Only a few purposefully re-sign with their teams, and rarely in small markets like OKC
How does Presti shopping RW show disloyalty on the part of RW?

Yep.

By not going public, they were able to leverage the Clippers to the hilt.

Clips were also competing with Ujiri, as the Thunder were also trying to send George (and Russ?) to the Raptors.

Actually a pretty decent move. Good backup PG that can shoot.
As a Warrior fan, he's ok. Kind of meh. But probably the best PG still on the board.

Rumor that Masai could be kicking the tires on westbrook :gaah:

Your whole team essentially are free agents next summer, with some guys that are aging out of rebuilding status. You're in for a LOT of turnover at the deadline and next summer, should be exciting.

Wow, Clips gave up a shit-ton.

Moves like trading three, four, five 1st round draft picks don't tend to work out when you're the Nets or Clippers.

I can see this really blowing up in their face.

Absolutley, and this was the exact position Masai knew he would be in if Kawhi left.

I have full faith in Masai.

That last draft pick is in 2026. Both PG and Kawhi could be in easy chairs by then.
