Cauley-Stein to the Warriors.

Great move by the Warriors. Kerr and this vet team will pound the inconsistencies in effort right out of him.

With Durant leaving they had to go back to doing what made them the best team in basketball before Durant even got there: playing with pace but with great defense that is positionless.

This is a way better signing and fit for the Warriors and how they should want to play than the Cousins signing was was last year.

Yeah, I think it's a great fit. With Looney and WCS, the Warriors are very cost effective at the center position, IMO.

they can't because they can't sign those vet minimum guys and THEN go over the cap.

They don't actually have to sign them that day. Just get a deal in place and announce it while they wait on Kawhi.

Probably what they are doing with Dudley. They could have done that along but you cant agree with too many in case you dont get him

Odd that we're on the early morning hours of July 3rd and so many FA's are off the board.

In my opinion, the longer this Kawhi thing drags out the worse it's going to look for the Lakers. Of course, one is going to argue that a LeBron/Davis/Kawhi trio is a win no matter what, but yikes.

I certainly hope they're prepared for the possibility of Troy Daniels and washed up 34-year-old Jared Dudley being rotation players.

My own brief piece on the FA results...NBA Free Agency: Hill Returns to Milwaukee for $29 Million; Celtics Add Kanter
