I love JaVale, but now that they have Cauley-Stein, I'm thinking the Warriors need to add a vet with bulk and who is really strong in the interior like Cousins was supposed to be last year, like David West and Zaza in prior years, and Bogut in his stints at Golden State. I think Bogut is coming back again next season, but not until the Australian pro season is over.

They need wings.

The Warriors have over-invested free agency efforts on big men that play minimal roles.

The modern NBA revolves around perimeter play and the Dubs have not had quality guard depth since 2016.

Davis and Green are good bench guys for different reasons.

Like their starting 5 and the bench isn't bad either.

Probably need 1 more person for the bench though

Jamal Crawford. Instant O off the bench. Can hide him within their defensive schemes.

Miami trying to get him I heard

If the Warriors took Crawford to begin the year, I think then win the ship, even with all those injuries.

Really? Jamal Crawford isn't that good. Plus he'll turn 40 during the season.

Warriors had no one who could score on the second unit. Crawford could still get buckets.

Yeah, you're right about the wing depth. I was just saying if they were to add one more big. Can Paschall count as a wing? He can shoot and is pretty well-rounded from what I've read. Maybe the Warriors are really counting on Paschall and Jacob Evans stepping up. I'm not sure who else is left out there that the Warriors can get for the minimum.

I'd rather give Evans and the young guys opportunities at that role. This might be a developmental, non-title contending year for the Warriors anyway.

I was talking about last year. Not this year. Obviously it's all about the kids this season.

edit: just read my initial comment and it wasn't that clear. But I was talking about last season with respects to Crawford.

Oh, okay. Yeah, if the Warriors had anyone else who can shoot in the Finals besides Steph and Klay (and in the end it was just Steph), it would've helped out a lot.

Look, I get waiting for Kawhi, but can the Lakers at least sign some other players? There are vet min guys coming off the board that could actually be fairly helpful with or without Kawhi. Especially front court players.

LeBron will be texting Beasley soon enough.

I like it.

We have options if we don't get Leonard. But, what could we trade for Dragic?

Just provide the plane ticket and we’ll take the cap space.
