The Sixers have a 1% chance to grab the #1 pick and that's because Sacramento finished at the bottom.
So, if the Lakers finished with the 11th worst record, wouldn't their percentages have to be higher than 1%?

3 - 12.7%
4 - 11.9%
5 - 47.9%

I mean if you look at the 2nd worst team odds, they can fall to a worse 6th but the odds are split up between 5 and 6...

The only teams that can finish 5th are the top 5 teams. It's just the way it works out. Besides, that's less than half, so the odds indicate they are most likely to get a top 4 pick, with relatively close odds on which of those top 4.
