Yeah...you mentioned Whiteside. also been shown this is far from the case and TT more than held his own against him.

Faced Goebert once last year and went for 8 and 12. Goebert was 12 and 7.
Against Jokic, TT went for 10 and 7. Jokic 4 and 6.
Against Capella it was 16-20 (9 offensive for TT) and 12 and 10 for Capella

total is 34 and 39 for TT and 28 and 23 for his opponent.

You were saying?

Deflection here should be priceless. Guess you could go with avoidance. Maybe the old "it's not you it's me?"

what deflection? my opinion hasn't changed...

oh, and another li'l tidbit. it's as likely to do so as you getting a winning personality...

as i said , keep your hand-me-down. don't wanna see him in Lakers colors...

there. now HOPEFULLY that ends it(though i doubt it)...

D'Lo for Drummond looking better by the minute.
Drummond is a really freaking good player. His lack of shooting is an issue, but he is consistent enough in the other areas where he can really help a team--- especially in the future with shooters like Klay and Curry next year.

I think Doncic can be a legendary type of player but I also think Trae can be a star...but something to factor into this trade is that other draft pick, which is Cam Reddish. Looks like he didnt play well in that 1st game but if he can somehow become a very nice player that trade might look a bit more even. Think both Mavs and Hawks fans will be happy for years to come though.

Excellent post.

I think it'd be a win for both teams. D'Lo and Blake would be incredible in the P&R and we know that Blake and Drummond isn't exactly working out.

I posted the idea back in the summer, but a lot of people thought it wasn't a good idea for the Warriors. So I'm kind of torn on you agreeing with me, lol. But seriously though I agree, Drummond would be helpful for the Warriors in a different capacity than they would be used it. Underrated factor is that it will help Draymond age into his contract by not having to get beat up all the time in the paint.

Jimmy Heat debut is Tuesday. He is a proud Father.

I'm sure Wiggy will find a issue with a first time Father staying with his newborn for a few days.

Not going to lie. I hate what Miami is doing to James Johnson. It makes me sick

Gotta say I wasn't expecting the never ending and endlessly tedious "Tristan Thompson is a good player" argument would start up this quickly.

Thompson is an above replacement level player and that's about it. The Cavs aren't getting some huge haul for him. Maybe a 2nd or 2 at best.

I don't think any Cavs fan thinks they will get "a huge haul" lolzzz He is quite expensive but picks will do fine

Heat about to start 1-2 because they're too stubborn to allow JJ and Waiters to play

He's an expiring contract. That might be more valuable than his actual on floor play.

cavs absolutely can get a first rounder for Thompson - itll just depend on what they have to take back.

when you trade a guy like Thompson making 18M a year- you have to take back some salary- if the salary they take back is not expiring they will absolutely be able to get a solid asset out of i t for the combination of Thompson helping a contender and salary relief. Its how those trades almost always work. You would abslotely get better value out of that type of deal by trading Thompson- a useful playoff rotation piece- then ifyou just traded an expiring contract of a slob that doesnt play or a guy that is injured or whatever.

fairly similar to what they did with George Hill last year- but expect more if yo uask me.

Trade him to the Bucks and watch @buckalis flip him for 3 first round picks and Luka Doncic.
