I can see your point.

TMac is a bigger, athletic walking bucket.

His style is just a bit more aesthetically pleasing because he plays above the rim.

Yeah true but Harden is playing to the rules...the game has changed quite a bit. McGrady was without a doubt more of an above-the-rim guy but both could score in every way imaginable and most times were unstoppable. I would take McGrady all day over Harden, don't get me wrong though. Just my preference.

that pushing the envelope...oops..."playing to the rules" thing is the most annoying part of his game...

heard about it on the news this morning...
Yeah, it's not a surprise.

They had to tweak the flu vaccine, hiv meds because of mutated strains.

It was inevitable and sounds like they are targeting that particular strain since it's the one most are currently infected with.

So, that's fantastic news.

I grew up in the 90's and I was 14 when Lebron entered the league so Lebron COUNTS dammit! I love watched those Lakers-Kings matchups.

PG - Stockton/Jason Williams

SG - Kobe (yes, believe or not I did like young Kobe. RIP)

SF - Lebron

PF - C Webb

C - Shaq/DRob
It's funny....

I was in the Navy during Robinson's career.

But, He was never one of my favs.

I just loved the Dream...

After that, it was all about Shaq.

It could be because I HATED two of his teammates, Bowen's dirty ass and Avery.

That fucker looked like he had a million teeth in his mouth.

He gets all his info from Facebook ...lol

Did you see his Woodstock post? Saw that shit all over Facebook the last few days.

Yeah, let's just all pretend there wasn't a flu vaccine in the 60's and we still don't have one for Covid.

If we didn't "panic" and quarantine, it would look a bit closer to the 1918 pandemic than what happened in Woodstock.

Ps. Dude, what is your state DOING?!?!?

There are States that look like they can start moving towards normalcy.

Yours is not one of them.

2025 we should be back to normal lol but nursing homes is the biggest problem right now. Hospitals are reporting under 200 deaths daily from the virus which is major.

The major statistical category are all trending downwards which is big but people still dont follow the simple rules. Was out and about last weekend and saw far too many people without mask or anything to cover their face. I don't mind people being outside as the weather was great but at least follow social distancing and wear a mask. Not hard to do

It was weird, I grew up in Ohio but always ventured towards the west/mid-west games. Kings-Lakers, Blazers-Lakers, Spurs....my aunt lives in San Antonio and would send us Spurs NBA gear all the time and championship gear after that first title so I rooted for them too.

Duncan - I liked him early in his career but the more I watched him play, just thought he was a whiny baby. Amazed at how great he was in his upper 30's still.
D-Rob - loved watching him play but didn't get to see a lot of him. Sucks he wasn't part of more great Spurs team.
I like Sean Elliott and Mario Elie. Avery Johnson was tough little runt.
Bowen was a dirty fucker.

Never cared for Parker and Manu tbh. It was those early championship Spurs teams I enjoyed watching most.

I went from loving the early 2000 Laker teams to hating the Lakers. I liked early Kobe, then despised him in his mid years but actually the last couple seasons enjoyed him most. Probably bc he wasn't winning. Truly enjoyed seeing what he was doing after retirement as well..damn

Agree.

I'm tired of being a shut in.

Mine was self emposed.

I think it's fine to be out and about, recreationally, and to do a little shopping.

But, it's reckless to do so without a mask or in close proximity to other s that you aren't already in quarantine with.

Have heard they kicked back people from hospitals to nursing homes too early.

That sounds so good.

My Mother in law usually handled the Mexican food.

So, I'm gonna have to settle for steak kabobs.

Hey, wanted to ask how your pregnant relationship was doing?

It's a blessing that I don't know of many complications due to this virus.

I think I only remember hearing about 1.

Yep.

...and when the virus started wiping people out, they were ill prepared to deal with that many deaths at once.

All the stories about dead bodies being piled in the back of unrefrigerated uhaul trucks is disturbing.

Sadly, they really didn't have many options.

Yeah, my daughter is a nurse in Florida and 9 months pregnant. She's doing well, they mainly kept her away from the folks with corona and on the couple of occasions when they did need her, I guess they practically had her in Hazmat suit. lol

Yeah, I love me some carnitas tacos. With it being Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday...couldn't have anything else. I learned how to make them a few years ago. They're actually a lot easier to make than you'd think.

My Dad was a police officer for quite a few years and he took me to a place that he would go to when he was on duty. He always worked graveyard and that was one of the few places that would be open.

It was literal hole in the wall. I mean, they had literally cut a hole in the side of the wall that they would serve through.

Been hooked on those damn things ever since. lol
