But, go spend a hour or two volunteering in a Emergency room with people who don't have the means to get tested, the insurance to cover any hospitalizations or with the Healthcare workers that are tasked with caring for these people, despite the fact that we are risking exposure and let's see if your opinion changes.

Translation : Bring your sideline ass to the frontline before speaking.

Every single patient in my ward is elderly with health complications.

They, and their families, have every right to be heavily concerned.

Buying out the TP, bleach, hand sanitizer is a bit much and a clear overreaction.

Closing schools, cancelling events is not.

No doubt it is rough for SOME, which is why I said as much. But the vast majority we are hearing from who are close to panic to not work in hospitals nor do they have elderly family members in a hospital.

Schools here are officially closed next 2 weeks, but spring break is 3 weeks away and no chance we go back before that.

Honestly, I don’t think we go back at all this year. And even if we do go back, not sure we could send our kids. Which would suck.

I would probably have to stay away in that event too.

as of now Ohio U closed until 3/30 but looking more and more like they wont be reopening on campus until hopefully next august for Fall semester

Okay I feel a little bit bad for the Clippers. Giving up the farm to OKC to win a championship and now they don't have that chance.

Feel worse for those kids at teams like SDST, Dayton, Gonzaga who might have had a real chance this year to win the tourney.

You are right. Obviously, I'm sensitive to the topic because I'm being affected more than the average joe.

Biggest problem is we don't have enough tests and people are panicking.

It's not a surprise that you have a sore throat if you are homeless and it's been raining for the last week.I

So, hospitals are picking and choosing who to test and some folks that actually have it could slip thru the cracks.

Blessing because they don't use books. All assignments, literature is online. So, they just Skype questions, group chat with teachers.

Curse because my kid is a straight A student. Yet, she can't spell for shit and never learned how to write in cursive.

But, they are moving to online classes for the foreseeable future. So, no time lost after the 2 week Spring Break that starts tomorrow.

Weekends are going to be the hardest by far.

You can't really go out because you don't know if some random in a restaurant, bar, or etc may have it.

Basically stuck at home/in your neighborhood doing very little.

Need someone to suggest some good netflix/hulu series to watch.

Thinking about watching the office. Always heard great things about it

I am a huge fan of the TV show Banshee.

Banshee is like a mixture of the constant p'orn of the TV show Spartacus and John Wick 3.

If you haven't seen Banshee, give it a look.
