He'll get in at some point. Plus, if I was in his shoes, I'd rather not go in this year considering the Kobe situation. I feel bad for Duncan and KG. That's suppose to be a happy night and it will be to some degree, but there's also gonna be one hell of a somber cloud there too.

Oh, I would love this.

I was just saying he should be the Lakers target.

He is a low-level Swiss army knife and a decent playmaker.

If he can be half of what he was in Boston, I'm with it.

A lot of reasons that a team at the bottom makes a trade like that with a team towards the top.

That aside... you just mentioned CJ Miles and Delon Wright as part of a "big haul."

OMG, dude. :L Right? ;)
Says the guy who thinks Baynes and Theis are anything more than JAGs.

Holy Shit.

Zion and those 2 little girls reaction was everything.

Politics aside, the guy took the time to acknowledge every single person there.

The reactions were powerful.

If he was on another team would you think so highly of him? Be honest.
Not a Raptor fan. clearly, the guys isn't what he was 3-5 years ago, but I agree most would take him over R. williams.

Guy played a huge role in helping them take down Philly with his matchup with Embiid and that was only a season ago.

Fair enough but you're kinda homerish on this site, so sometimes you overhype your own guys. We all do a little.
He does and as you said most of us do......but isn't gman guilty of the same?

Robert Williams III?

Yeah. The jab at Jason Kidd's jumper was pretty funny as well.

I was hoping to land Baynes.

Define JAG, please?

Does your definition mean role player, scrub, washed or some combination of the 3?

Example:

Beverley is a role player.

Rondo is washed.

Patrick Patterson is a scrub.

Patrick Mccaw is a combination of the 3.

For me, Baynes is a role player.

Role players fulfil certain needs and aren't jags.

They aren't focal points. But, necessary and not just anyone can do what they can.

I don't know why people always taking shots at former UNLV players. Oh yeah, Anthony Bennett. Never mind.

JAG = Just a Guy (guessing you knew what it stood for but not sure). Not a hard guy to replace if you lose such a player is how I would describe a JAG.

Is this first year on ballot? Can't say I follow it all that close, but do they treat this the same as they would MLB? Meaning, harder to get in on first ballot?

I think he's a HOFer, though

I'm going to guess you don't watch too many Raptors games. Which is fine. . The fact is much of what Gasol brings to the table you cant measure with stats.
Agree.

Unless it's against the Clippers, same can be said about Marcus Smart.

When playing the Clippers, his worth is very visible.

* sobs quietly *

Tony Allen, Patrick Beverley, Andre Iguadala....

Their contributions can't always be measured by stats.
