Actually I don't care either way. I barely pay attention. And when I do it's to notice if any other freaking team is even involved. It's totally stupid.

Yes Freddie was Bakers guy. And totally agree about what you said about Mayfield's off season. But it gets worse. That jackass said he doesn't need to work with a QB coach this offseason. What a moron.

But I 100% disagree with you saying the immaturity of the team this year is an organizational issue. This year the Browns finished near the top in penalities. Yet last year they finished # 18. Freddie was the real problem. He didn't have the respect of vets in the locker room. And it showed on the field all season long.

When players and coaches are talking on the previous weeks game instead of the upcoming game and are running their mouths when they haven't accomplished anything...that's immaturity and it's organizational because no one put a stop to it.

When players and coaches are talking on the previous weeks game instead of the upcoming game and are running their mouths when they haven't accomplished anything...that's immaturity and it's organizational because no one put a stop to it.

I'm not saying they isn't dysfunction in the office. It's the Browns, of course there is. Haslam's an idiot. But I stand by what I said. The vets in the locker room had no respect for Freddie. And that obviously led to alotta problems this year.

They get the right coach in there with a proven resume & I think the majority of the issues they had this year under Freddie won't happen next year.

He's got too much money and too much weed now. He's not coming back.

But on a serious note, how many of KAT's teams held him accountable on the defensive end. He wouldn't get away with that here. I'd like Drummond too, but there's no way I'd take him over KAT even given his abilities on defense. Having Draymond as the PF also will boost KAT's defense too.

Ehh, long term it's the right play, but the Warriors have to consider age window as well. KAT would provide them an immediate win now to capitalize on the last few prime years of Steph and Klay. I think that would be the more pressing need.

Haslem has had issues in past, but how is this on him? Did what was asked. structure is coach to GM to owner. Hires guy considered to be credible GM and let's him do his job.
