So, it lends towards the theory that the Lakers will come back to the pack because the Rockets, Nuggets, Sixers, Celtics, Clippers, Bucks all have easier remaining schedules, unless I'm reading this wrong?

I think myself, along with most Lakers fans, are well aware they will come back down to earth. In fact, I have them at the 3rd or 4th seed by the end of the year, let alone the 1st.

The month of December is going to be their real team. And to be honest, they'll have to play a LOT better in order to maintain top status.

You can't really hold strength of schedule against them.

They don't make the schedule.

Their job is to beat whomever is in front of them.

BUT, the Bucks at #2 and the Raps at #4 makes what they've done even more impressive.

But, they have done what they needed to with the first part of their schedule. Played a lot better than I expected. I thought 12-5 or 13-4 would have been their record to be honest. They have a lot of new players.

It's pretty much a completely new team, with a new coach and a new system.

While any team with AD and Lebron should have a winning record, I never expected their chemistry to click so soon.

I would even go as far as to say I would have been happy with 11-6

Vogel wasn't a popular choice (a lot of people ripped the decision to hire him) but he has impressed me SO FAR.

Well this whole bullshit with Tyronn Lue this past summer made it seem like the Lakers were desperate.

Lue wanted a longer contract and his choice of assistants. Lakers declined. They ended up with Vogel, J. Kidd and Hollins which have so far proved very worthwhile.

I very much doubt the team with Lue at the helm would have a 15-2 record.

I mean it is common knowledge that NBA games tip roughly 10 minutes after the start time. The start time is when national anthem, starting lineups, and etc are done
