I don't want to be that guy but the Lakers schedule real easy.

They have beat the teams they were expected to beat and in addition to that, the few challenging games they had were almost all played in LA except Dallas.

We will see what they're made about come December

Yes and no

They beat the Heat, Jazz, Suns and Mavs all who are well above .500. They also beat the Kings who despite the bad start have won 4 out of the last 5 and just beat Boston yesterday

In contrast, the Celtics have only played against three teams over .500

Heat have also played against four teams currently with winning records.

You gotta win the "easy games" too.

And yes admittedly they've played against some easy teams and their schedule does get harder in December. But last years Lakers would at best be 7-6 or 8-5 at this point.

Suns, Celtics are the biggest surprises for me , so far.

I didn't expect the Heat to be this good either.

Additionally, playing away to Phoenix was challenging enough for the Clippers and Sixers who, at the start of the season, everyone expected them to be better than the Lakers

Everyone, that wasn't hating, expected the Lakers to have one of the top records out West in the regular Season.

You just won't get passed the Clippers in the post season.

The Suns went out there and blitz the Clippers.

We didn't lose, they took the game by force.

That egg they laid to NOLA shows a team whose sipping the Kool aid.

Great things tend to happen when your star player is that unselfish.

Jimmy has been awesome.

I don't know if it's the injury or what..
