Both Green and Love would fit with the Clippers.

So, buy em out and send them my way.

Love and TT are treated like kings in Cleveland...no way in hell lol....and Green, meh, fuck him

part of it just may be diminishing skills with Draymond too- not even so much the loss of guys around him.

He was never an A+ athlete to begin with.
I think it's the opposite.

He can still pass and guard.

But, whose left to pass it too?

Draymond is at his best initiating the offense.

He has to be surrounded by shooters.

The Dubs lost 3 of the top 5 shooters in the NBA.

That's pretty significant for a guy who is basically a Swiss army night. But, not a great scorer.

Shooting and shutting his pie hole has never been a strength.

Yeah Steph's importance has always been high but I have said before I think Klay (while he isn't the best player on the team) is pretty important as well. I honestly think they need Steph AND Klay but overall I do agree Steph's importance to the team is more significant for sure.

I think Draymond's performance has a lot of factors at the moment:
1. This might be a lame excuse but I think he knows this team sucks. Really lame excuse though bc he hasn't been good.
2. His ability does thrive off Steph and Klay bc what Steph and Klay do great, he is the perfect glue guy as that 3rd guy. He just thrives under that role. He isn't going to be a good player on a bad team bc he isn't helping that team.
3. Another reason I think this contract will be bad, but even when Steph and Klay comeback is bc for what he provides on the court...age isn't going to do him any favors imo. So I think he is the opposite of Klay or Steph, where these guys if they stay healthy can play for a long time.
These are good points but that's also why he didn't get a max deal.

Definitely but this year he isn't worth $25M a year. Do you think he will be worth $25M/year at age 30 with Steph and Klay healthy? ...only time will tell.
Yes I do. It's not an exact science. It's not like one set of stats is worth $22 mil that year and another is worth $27 mil. It's around the right number, given the inherent uncertainty of sports

Well of course but we can all look and see, "is this guy worth that contract?"...without Steph and Klay. Draymond isn't worth half that.

He is the type that needs great players around him, especially great shooters. I still don't think he is worth that with Steph and Klay, just for the fact he will be in his early 30's. If you would have said this 2-3 years ago...yeah sure he is worth the money.

I guess the guys that wrote the check have a different opinion. In the context of the team, WITH Steph and Klay, they decided it's a good deal. Also a good signal to future FAs that the Ws take care of their own.

Heat came out firing on all cylinders

And Tristan came out to prove everything we've said as far as he vs Bam is correct.
It's a joke.
I know it's half of one game, but just watching the two on the court together you can easily see the talent difference,
