The Lakers schedule is ridiculously easy for the next month.

No excuse for them to not have the best record

so what's your point...?

kidding. but yeah, unless they start lapsing in a major way they SHOULD pile up a decent amount of wins. btw, the defense is DEFINITELY improving. liking the rim protection so far...

wasn't sure how all that was gonna turn out in the beginning of the season, but so far, so good. and there's STILL room to grow...

and Dwight Howard for all of his wackiness is actually being true to his word and trying to act like a model citizen. guess his re-joining the team WASN'T a disaster after all...

nothing against JaVale, but Howard is the better rebounder and shot blocker there. provides an intimidation factor as well...

like I said, didn't know he had that much left in the tank, but that's turning out to be a GOOD thing for us...

Of those 9 games I see 5 losses. Detroit, Philly, Houston, & of course the Cavs will win both games by a combined 67 points.

Cleveland doesn't rock, but Tristan Thompson does.

Technically, a separate thread would be better because not everyone wants to talk football.

On the other hand, the NFL and college seasons are in full swing with playoff contention and bowl games being sorted out, while the NBA just started. So I kind of expect a certain amount of football talk in here. Heck, I participate in it.
