Looks like a good menu. The horchata at Casa Mexico is it made fresh daily or from a bag? When made fresh that stuff is great. And I'm not much of a fan of sweet foods/beverages. But that stuff's an exception.

guess the lesson for Mr. Mayfield is pretty clear. don't get a big head buying into your own hype. honestly though, maybe this season serves as a kick in the ass and he learns from it...

Buying into his own hype? That doesn't make much sense. You have to be confident if you are a QB, that is a great trait. I think he just doesn't need to at fuel to the fire by responding to his critics. Like I said, I don't buy one year making him bust...we will see in about year 4 what he has come to. If he continues his year 2 path..it doesn't look good.

But yeah I hope he learns how to be a better QB and learns from is mistakes. He is never going to change his personality and I don't want him to...he needs to improve as a QB on the field, maybe this year will help that.

I get this was the narrative for a while. Don't want him to change as he feeds off of the negative towards him. But looking like that isn't that case lately.

That said, I agree.....book not written yet. Still could turn it around and be the guy we saw last year.

Baker got too much hype this offseason. He just hasn’t done enough to deserve it yet.

That said, I place more blame on Kitchens.

Feed Chubb early and often and don’t stop if you get behind. Get Odell 3-4 touches a game on bubble screens and jet sweeps, but also target him deep down the field at least 2-4 times a game. Even if he is covered, give him the occasional 40 yard jump ball because he will catch his share and defenses will have to account for it.

He is an elite deep threat. And opposing defenses don’t really have to honor that threat right now. His only TD of the season came from a 80 yard run on a 10 yard slant. That is awful.

Can live without a jet sweep to Odell but agree wit the rest. Hell, the guy seemed to throw a deep pass to Callaway every game last season.

it's what the Chiefs do with Tyreek all the time...

gotta provide a threat and stretch a defense sometimes...
