You are just flat guessing here. We don’t even know how many players have tested positive aside from the few that were reported. There are definitely positive tests that weren’t reported.

I'm just asking, has any single player said "yeah I got Covid and man that was rough"?

All I see is people like Mitchell and Gobert saying they didn't even know they had it. Come on, tlance. These are medical facts, young healthy people who get Covid almost never suffer anything major from it.

If I wasn't in healthcare, I can honestly say I would not go to work.

I don't have any health issues. But, I have family members that do.

With that being said, the NBA is doing all they can to keep these guys safe.

I stayed in a Hotel on a floor designated for my Hospital.

It worked.

Ps. Masks are now required at all times in Scottsdale. They are having a rally Wednesday to protest it....lol

So, our trails on Camelback Mountain will be empty if you are up for the commute.

Masks are required around here now. Don't remember when it was made manditory. But I've been wearing a mask whenever I go to the grocery store (or anyplace else) for months now.

It's not like the flu and the antigenic drift has already begun, so we can't say these players and family members aren't at risk.

We are still in the first wave and the virus has mutated. That's why we are seeing younger, seemingly healthy people die.

I don't know if you are paying attention. But, this virus is a very fluid situation. What they THINK they know has changed many, many times.

I was so bored in Hotel quarantine that I had my husband drop off my poodle to keep me company half way thru.

CDC, WHO, FDA all said animals couldn't get it.

So, in situations like these, I'd rather be overly cautious.

With that being said, yes we need to move forward.

But, it's up to each individual to decide for themselves.

If a player decides to sit out over the virus, so be it.

I'd be disappointed. But, I'd understand.

I would not be so understanding if they sat out to protest.

It is a risk I would never say it isn't. That's what I mean it's both what it is and isn't. It's been built to some practical ebola level mortality almost when in reality for a healthy person it isn't. The statistics bear out that for a healthy individual it's not as serious...no where near.

And yes we should absolutely take it seriously....it's contagious... very

But..... Every other day testing...a bubble..a ring that tracks your vitals..
