Things here haven't really ever shut down. Every store and restaurant have been open since the shit began. Hopefully their gonna figure out sports quickly to and get that up and running.

Morning boys! Been busy with the travel in NYS of all places, just western part. I'm working for NYS Covid19 task force with DOCCS. I've been pretty locked down either work or in my man cave at home. I have not been able to be in contact with wife and son. It's a shitty situation, but I understand totally to take every safe precaution. Be safe and hopefully we can get back to our normal lives at some point.

Philadelphia Flyers Expected To Sign Linus Sandin

Flyers planning to sign Linus Sandin. Rasmus Sandin’s (TOR) older brother. Apparently a pretty good scorer in the SHL this year. 23 years old. Looks like it has to be a 1 year deal.

Depth guy. Probably on the AHL/NHL bubble in the fall if I had to guess.

Speaking of depth guys, I'm sure all of you are reading the same thing that the league is still trying to salvage as close to a full season as possible, while still ensuring a full season next year as well. If by some miracle they pull this off, it will likely mean a more condensed scheduled next year with less rest overall between games. It seems to me that would make having a strong #2 goaltender a priority, as well as ensuring a capable #3 to call up if needed. While I said from the beginning I wouldn't be surprised to see Elliot back for 19-20, I don't think he's the guy for 20-21. Talbot could be back on the market, and played well for Calgary this year. I'm sure there are other options that will surface, but I do think this will be a critical need that the Flyers will have to find a way to address.
