Obviously PK was awesome but they simply skate better at home and play with more emotion. Need to figure out the road or it will kill them. Would help if the goalies made some tough saves on the road...

I just loved the way we played last night. We played a gritty game and hope it continues into the game against TB.

Today apparently haha. Just read on twitter that he was sent down and Kase recalled. I think that's the right move. Vorobyov hasn't been good enough.

Ghost also out 3 weeks. Could have been much worse, never like hearing/seeing knee injuries. I guess Friedman gets an extended look as a result, since Braun is out too.

Agreed. I'd like to see Frost up also. But I kinda get the idea of giving him tons of minutes in the AHL too. So I'm torn. And since I'm torn, I guess I'm content. I liked Kase's game when he was up too.

I was surprised by that too. If it was me, 9 months guaranteed. Sounds like it was basically a clean out vs. any kind of tear.

I hate to see any injuries, but if it's 3 weeks for knee surgery, you have to be thrilled I would think. Like you said, it has to be a clean out. My knee jerk reaction automatically assumed an ACL, MCL tear.

I'm sure Frost will be back at some point. He's obviously expected to learn more in the Ahl at 20+ minutes in all situations than the Nhl at 13 minutes of limited action.

Yeah baby! I wish every game was on home ice. The Flyers continue to be the best team in home ice. If we could only do this on the road. Beating the best team in the NHL is not an easy thing. Not to mention they went 0-5 on the power play and game up the winning short handed goal. Hayes has been pretty solid for this team. We need to keep this pace so we can get home ice for the playoffs. Bring it TB. And Happy New Years boys!
