Farabee has played well the past few, no question. Happy to see it!

AV is putting players where they belong, vs. how much they make. Biggest thing is the players have no doubt in their mind that they are being held accountable. Put up or sit.

The distributed scoring across so many players make the Flyers difficult to match up against. Flyer's opponents basically have to play "whack - a - mole" to defend.

Elliott & Hart are hot right now, arguably the best tandem - right now. If they go cold, our euphoria will be diminished. They are both making really big saves, and keeping us in the tight games. Redwings are really awful so we have to ignore that scoring outbreak.

Niskinen playing great Justin Braun playing well in a reduced roll 3rd pair which at 32 is just about what he can do. If he didn't make almost 4 million and we didnt trade a 2nd and a 3rd rounder for him this might be acceptable but its not. :hellno:

Not a single Flyer on this page.....

    NHL.com - Stats

And Flyers have the 6th best Points Per Game played in the NHL.

I think this is a good thing

AV's zone we play in between the blue lines and then collapse into the front of the net with all three forwards in the defensive zone keeping everything out front covered is a big reason for this. Another reason is our goalies have come up big this season. One last reason is our PK has been dominant this year.

8 players with 5 goals or more.
I would much prefer a balanced lineup than a top-heavy one.

If we can get the PP working, those numbers should jump even more.

Agree with a lot of the thoughts here. The Flyers depth is really working to their advantage right now. PK has almost been a stabilizing force in games, which is still mind blowing considering where it's been recently. They have lots of proven talent on the PP, once that rounds in to form, they're going to look very good. And I have no doubt it will come around eventually.
