Oklahoma could return every starter besides Baker and we would be better than you. I don't know whether you underrate Baker, overrate Kyler, or underrate Wisconsin, but we would probably win something like 85 out of 100 games on a neutral site.
Taking up the homer mantle with @Great Dayne being deceased?

Why do we even bother anymore as college football fans. This shit isn't fun anymore. Bump Alabama up to the NFL and let the rest of us enjoy our college football.
What are you talking about? It's still fun for us Alabama fans!!

I'm extremely optimistic about our team this year. I am making two huge assumptions:

(1.) The offense will make a huge jump forward. I was at Wisconsin the last time a Chryst offense returned everybody back in 2010 and saw an offense that was similar to last year's turn into a 41 PPG clock-eating juggernaut.

(2) The defense won't fall off a cliff. The defense is where the potential issues could be, as we lose both starting DEs and 3 of our starting DBs. However, our defense has been consistently excellent since the switch to the 3-4, including finishing in the top 5 a year after losing 10 of 11 starters. Leonhard seemed extremely competent year one, and our position coaches at DL and DB are excellent.

Again, it might be a little optimistic, but I think I have good reason to think both are true. And if you improve the offense by 10 PPG while keeping the same defense, from a team who went 13-1 with their only loss by 6 to a top five team, it doesn't take Nostradamus to see a big season coming.

This is the most excited I've been about a Wisconsin football team. The only team I can think of that resembled this team in terms of expectations was our 2015 basketball team.

Lol. Keep dreaming. Even Mike could contain that “offense”.

Oregon could sneak in to the top 25. We have a non conference schedule against high school teams and out 2 toughest games are at home. I could see 9 wins, ranking 20-24 and the Alamo bowl.

The guy that did that poll is a little prick. He used to do video's on Campus Insiders and he has a hard on against teams west of the Mississippi.

Oklahoma goes 15-85 in their annual 100 game series versus Wisconsin.

I like it.

UT@Norman needed to be humbled. 85 losses to Wisconsin will do it.

Am I missing something, why the hell is Michigan State #9? Did Saquon Barkley forgo going to the NFL and grad transfer to MSU?
Sparty at 9 is a lot more understandable than the horny toads at 13. Just don't see it.

Okie Lite at 21 is also a head scratcher. Rudolph and Washington aren't in Stillwater.

And will be again this year as usual. Look amazing against scrub after scrub and their fans will be shocked when they finally play someone with a pulse and aren't prepared for it at all.

A group of 5 defense held that juggernaut offense to 19 points in the Rose Bowl!
