That's factoring in Melo being stretched/bought out. If he stays on the team, it's close to/around $300 mil.

I would guess that Randle has to be coming back at this point...

Why? Because PG stayed put? That doesn't really change anything on Randle's situation just yet. If they pursue Boogie, he could still be gone. And if they trade for Kawhi, there's still a chance he could be gone. It's too early to say that Randle coming back is a greater possibility
