To be fair, the idea is that the kids maintain a lifestyle similar to that which they'd have if the parents were still together.

The problem is, I don't think there's much, if any, oversight to ensure the bulk of that money is being spent on the kids.

So, in your example from your earlier post about the baby mama going on trips, etc. If the kids are going along on the trips...no prob. But who is making sure that baby mama isn't leaving the kids in someone else's care while she goes on trips?

Exactly. There should be a way around that such as give the non custodial parent other responsibility such as buying a house that their kid(s) will live in & have that offset the support amount. Set an amount that they spend on things such as clothes & meals & have the non custodial parent provide those things by purchasing them & sending them to the kids & so on. I think that would help & also could be a productive way for keeping things fair on both sides.

I don't know. Call me crazy. Actually unsober's a better word to use. But right now I think LeBron can carry the Lakers all the way to the Finals this year.

I honestly don't think LeBron is going to be a problem for Luke.

I think Mcgee and Stephenson will annoy Luke with their in-game dumb fuckery.

But, I think if anyone is going to cause problems, it will be Rondo.

Dude is too smart for his own good and can be cantankerous often enough to burn bridges.

If he starts to feel entitled, he might find his ass on the next thing smoking.

It should. I'm surprised that the government doesn't get itself involved on that sort of income.

Probably because they're already making money hand over fist in terms of the interest when people can't/don't make their support payments. They system is crooked & heavily weighs in favor of the custodial parent. So IMO that is the trick. Have to have custody - even if it's split - because that is where the debt relief will come from.

He makes a lot playing in the NBA but he has to make an awful lot through his endorsements as well.

He just signed a 80 mil shoe contract.

He's not going to be hurting for money if he takes a discount.

None of the top shelf guys will be. However, it does start to irk guys at some point that they are the only ones taking that discount on the team. You would think they would all take a little less as a sign of team unity.

If you can't park a jet on that property I'm not impressed. When I was still living in Vegas Wayne Newton parked his private jet on his property. Casa De Whoop-De-Do or something like that. I still remember the stories of all the fender benders that happened @ the Sunset & I think the Pecos intersection. He was forced to move it.

Seeing a jet parked in someones yard was some of the funniest shit I've seen.
