Chriss may just warrant a second look next season. Still only 21- and he sure has the athleticism and his shooting stroke looks nice. He just needs to bulk up and learn the game and get more consistent.

he will probably end up being a major bust- but i can see flashes of why he was taken so high in the draft every now and then.

This time last year the Sixers went on a 16 game win streak to give them the 3rd seed. Now, with Embiid "resting" or "tendinitis" issues, the fact that they have no chemistry, they will probably go to the 5th seed and play the Pacers in the 1st round. I'm assuming Boston will get the 3 seed.

The Sixers have no chance at the Finals without a semi healthy Embiid.

Yeah, you'd rather go into the postseason with momentum.

But, his wellbeing is more important.

I think at that point it was time for Jeanie to step in & bring LBJ & Klutch in for a meeting about who is running the team. Once you become one person's doormat others will ensue.
Yep.

Klutch needs to take a step back.

Let's see if Magic, Pelinka and the Buss family has the stones to make them.

Lou Williams is now 2nd behind Dell Curry in the record for career bench points and should surpass him within a week or so.

Denver just does not match up well with Golden State. Is what it is.

No one does. Even if you execute your gameplan perfectly and manage to limit their starting 5 to reasonable numbers, they still got that guy named Iguodala who can drop 20 on you when necessary.

That isn't true though.

When was the last time Iggy dropped 20?

The key is their defense. Last night they were engaged on the defensive end. When they defend well they are damn near unbeatable.

I expect them to defend well in the playoffs.

His 2 season highs came against the Lakers this season. So that was my experience. 23 and 17 points. Then again, the Lakers' defense stinks.

If Jeanie is truly running the Lakers like her Dad, that is exactly what will happen.

Dr. Buss was always good about hiring the best basketball people and letting them do their jobs...but there was never any doubt about who was running the show.

If he didn't like what was happening, he'd step in, shut it down and get folks back on the same page.
