Didn't look promising heading out into the West Coast trip, but it seems like they understood that they better get their shit together fast or Wades final season was going to be not as hoped or planned.

People can say what they want @WiggyRuss , and yes, the Heat aren't going anywhere, but nobody with a brain can deny that they seem so get the best out of every player they have on their roster.
Plus, does any team find more diamond in the roughs?
You watch a talent like Derrick Jones Jr. and wonder how X amount of teams could let him fall through the cracks.

Suns gave up on DJJ so fast lol. They have at least 4-5 diamond in the roughs on their team. Whiteside, TJ, McGruder, and now DJJ.

I said it over a month ago, they needed to focus on playing better defense and slowing the pace down. This up and down pace is not suited for this group. Seems like Spo heard me. Also, I love the improvement in Winslow

cant underestimate the fact that its a lot easier in the NBA to uncover diamonds in the rough when you dont have diamonds and have to give a lot of rough a lot of playing time.
