Yes.

I am guessing that was the problem. You don't go down 30 in the first quarter if you are even slightly ready to play.

Besides, I think the Raptors had something to prove tonight. They aren't scared of LeBron anymore.
Cleveland's 3 pt shooting was what really beat the shit out of Toronto in those series.

That is no longer the same issue it used to be.

Cavs shot like 43% against the Raptors from 3 last year in that sweep.

the series before it was like 46% from 3.....

spread the Raptors out....and launch from 3- that was always the CAvs strategy against them.

Miami just lost 3 straight to the Kings, Hornets and Hawks. Thats dirty.

They might have had the easiest schedule in the league thus far.
If the Cavaliers aren't in there you can't have the easiest possible schedule

Yo @raptorlife4

You think Lowry has a SportsHoopla account?

Holy Shit....

A couple of days after I emphatically stated his numbers aren't sustainable, he drops 9 dimes....

In the first quarter.

Great win.

Maybe I am Kyle Lowry

He is playing lights out so far this year.

Based on what exactly? Standings from last year which isn't relevant to this season?

Miami is playing bad and having a hard time getting adjusted to playing defense in this new NBA

I would say common sense.

What are you disputing that the Heat have had one of the easiest schedules in the league?

Magic, Wiz, Hornets, Knicks, Blazers, Kings, Hornets, Hawks.

Thats awful dude.

There is not one top 10 team on that list.

No great WC teams yet obviously, but also no Raptors, Celtics, Bucks, Sixers, Pacers.

I mean do you honestly think that is not one of the easiest schedules in the league thus far? I looked briefly and couldnt find a team that was really that close to such an easy schedule.

From nba.com. schedule notebook: first 20 games often revealing (John Schuhmann 8-13-18)

Some stuff from the article.

The Heat & 76ers have the easiest starts. Both play a league high 12 teams out of their first 20 games against teams that didn't make the playoffs. In total 8 of the Heats first 20 games are against the 9 teams that had fewer than 30 W's last year.

Point is we don't know what those teams are going to do this year. Hornets and Kings been good. Portland has been great. The others been bad but it doesn't mean much when the Heat has been just as bad.

The Kings for example did not win their 6th game until after thanksgiving last year.

That sounds good now but it means nothing for this season if half of those teams turns out to be better than they were last year. Also it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the Heat are playing bad and having a hard time playing defense with these new rules. Once they figure it out then the wins will start to pile up. Until then, the losses will keep coming.

I didn't realize you're more knowledgeable about the NBA than someone who writes for nba.com. My bad.:heh:

Pretty sure I watched more Heat games this year than whoever wrote that.
