Whoever gets DeAndre Hunter, probably at anywhere from 6-10, is going to get a steal. Dude can play suffocating defense. He reminds me of Kawhi.

Yeah I mean if they couldn't get any other stars he would be a blessing in disguise lol. I mean he is better than getting Kemba or Cousins. I just wouldn't get it, he wanted to be a leader---he has the opportunity on a young team. Now you want to float back to Lebron (pretty with your tail in between your legs begging to comeback and play with him), you never know but I don't see it.

Lets say he does come and sign with the Lakers, it's a huge pickup bc they still have assets to trade for possibly AD or Beal. Which Beal would be a PERFECT fit with Kyrie and Lebron imo. The key is signing a FA. That has always been the key, but it just depends how great of a FA they can get. If it's Vucevic or Cousins, that is loss for the Lakers considering what the plan was when Lebron came to L.A.

In a perfect world, they get Kyrie and trade for Beal and AD. A fallback is Kemba and make a trade for Beal imo. I highly highly doubt they get Kawhi, KD or Klay. Very low odds imo.

They can't trade for Beal AND AD, it would be one or the other. Which likely means any consideration for Beal waits until AD is settled.

That has been one of his comps. He'd been a bit quiet in the tourney offensively until last night. He's likely 4th or 5th in the draft right now I imagine...

Only thing some fan bases have to root for is lotto balls
and have to pretend they are happy about it
Yep...and it will suck for a couple years but could pay off bigtime. what have you been rooting for? The chance to get smacked in round 1?

I am pretty happy to see talented young players come to the Cavs to start the rebuild. The only thing the Heat can hope for is free agents, which hasn't worked out so well since Lebron. I mean you are pretty much stuck in mediocrity and have no shot at title. As of now, the Cavs won't compete but they will have something to look forward to with young players and potentially being contenders. If you don't see a difference you are blind to the fact that Riley has done a poor job lolz. Have fun with that 9 seed and a mediocre draft pick.

Your hope: Our true PF/C who can't shoot from the outside is the future in a guard dominated league. LOL

I put "OR" on the first comment, accidentally put "and" on the second one. They don't have the cap assets for both barely enough for one.

I immediately identified player A as Draymond. I figured player B then had to be a cav and it was no surprised when this checked out to be Larry Nance JR. LOL, figures.

Yeah I mean the quality of defense between those two really stands out in those statistics. I'll happily take Draymond and you can keep Nance JR. Win-win for everyone.

Did you know that Nance Jr. is only 2 yeas younger than Draymond?

Let's compare:
Player A:
3x All Star
2x All NBA
4x All NBA Defense
1x Defensive Player of the Year

Player B:
