Injuries happen...

Trades happen...

Trade rumors happen....

The Lakers completely crumbled because that roster is the land of misfit toys.

Rondo is who we thought he was..

Lance is who we thought he was...

Tyson is cooked like we thought he was.

Your young guys are good, not great, like we thought they were...

Mcgee was a pleasant surprise.

Outside of him, when someone shows you who they are....

For once in his career, Lebron made the wrong move. The Cavs have a better team around Lebron and actually guys that fit. If the Lakers can't get AD or another big name this is going to a be a long 2 more years for Lebron in L.A. The Lakers honestly don't deserve him, most are unappreciative

Sure, injuries happen.....but we had more than our fair share and not many teams lose their starting and backup PG's......I doubt most teams even have to use their 3rd PG much.

Small sample size, just completely overlook the first 4 games he played in earlier this season.

Not ignoring. He was playing on an already hurt foot and a lot of young guys who never played together.

Denver players have missed more games due to injury than any team in the league this year. That's been mentioned more than once during the Nuggets pregame show.

Mecca; what do you think about all this inflated discussion of Zubac? I think it's just another way for the media to criticize the Lakers, and shortsighted for that matter. Apparently none of them noticed he only played 14 minutes against the Lakers on Monday, putting up 7/4. Muscala (who he was traded for) played 15 and put up 6/1, so almost a wash lol.

Nobody looks at the fact they waived Thomas Bryant, which I will continue to harp on since he's from my hometown and I was excited for him when they drafted him. Dammit dammit dammit.

I think it's silly.

Zubac is a project who you were likely going to lose in free agency.

So, why not address a need?

Outside of Charles Barkley, I don't recall anyone thinking the LAkers were not a playoff Team.

I know I thoroughly expected them to go on a run and end up as the 7 or 8th seed.

So, Muscala would have helped them way more in the post season than Zubac.

What can be give you that Mcgee can't?

They do have that Lebron fellow who can handle the ball. Cavs were without Kyrie until Christmas in 2017 and didn't really even have another PG and made due.

Hahaha none of that matters if he is winning. Had the worst season of his career record-wise and it was bc of the Lakers, lack of FO, lack of coaching. One of the worst team makeups and offseason that I have ever seen surrounded a top player. You couldn't do worse if you tried.
Everyone in the past always talked about how the Cavs didn't do enough to keep Lebron, didn't get the players at one time, etc....that isn't even close to how bad the FO has been for the Lakers. The Cavs spent for Lebron and actually got a FA. YOU ARE THE LAKERS and your recent drafts have been so bad you can't trade young players and picks for a top player. What a joke, really a joke of a franchise presently. I would be embarrassed to be a Laker fan right now
