The difference is that they couldn't sign or agree to anything before Lebron signed.

Randle signed with the Pelicans before Lebron signed with the Lakers. That meant the Lakers couldn't sign him no matter how much they may have had available.

It's really not that complicated.

Right now Luke's the victim of circumstance. No one would place any real blame on him by having Lebron getting you fired. It's a occupational hazard. But if he then goes on to throw his players under the bus, well that presents a more difficult narrative in trying to secure another job. Just look at why Jason Kidd and Mark Jackson haven't gotten other jobs so far.

Jackson would be an improvement.....he laid the groundwork for the Warriors.....

Yeah, I'm not terribly impressed with Harper. I mean, the guy can play...but I'm not sure anyone is worth a 10 year deal.

That's a looong time to be paying that kind of money and if the guy has a serious injury that hurts his ability to play at the level that money command...you're screwed.

On the other hand, I'd hate to see him go to the damn Giants and hurt the Dodgers every year for the next 10...that would get old. lol

The Dodgers should have offered more annually for a shorter period of time, say 5 or 6 years.

Well the Dubs were down 24 at one point and came all the way back to take the lead late, but eventually lost on DWade's microsecond 3 pt. prayer at the horn.

They should be ashamed of themselves for their pathetic FT shooting...which even if slightly better would've won the game.

Kerr should have the entire team practicing FT's all during practice tomorrow before the game in Orlando.

Was still a damn good game to watch though.

New Orleans was just a bad matchup. I like their chances if they get Utah in a series with hca. Otherwise they would have a tough first round vs okc, denver, or houston
