yah maybe you are right

i hope so

at the very least if say the Suns get 2 and the Cavs get 3 maybe they can work out a trade to go up one spot and get Barrett if the Suns insist on some compensation.

I am not gonna lie- Cavs getting Zion or Barrett would really really fucking help.

getting 3 or 4 is fine- but Barret and Zion are the prizes

Agree.

BUT, there are some rotation players in the 5-10 range.

I really like Rui Hachimora.

Check out Gonzaga when you get the chance.

He took a gigantic leap this year.

Plus, he can give you some foreign buzz.

Not on a Yao or Doncic level.

BUT, how many half black, born and raised, Japanese Nationals have their been in the NBA?

Like, he is straight up ESL.

They tried to stop him from coming to the U.S. because he didn't speak English and thought the culture shock would be too much....lol

BUT, he can ball.

DeAndre Hunter is going to be a good one too.

Best player out of UVA in the Bennett era hands down. And they have produced a couple solid pros like Brogdon and Harris.

All he cares about.

This team can be a tough out in the playoffs if he isn't a ball hog.

Very deep team

What he has done this year has been pretty amazing.

But If Harden put half the energy into defense and playing off ball as he does dribbling, the Rockets would be much better for it.

CP3 is actually more important to them than Harden, IMO. So Harden's MVP is a sham also.

That game was closer than it should have been, but a Kings win is a Kings win however they get it. And great game Pelicans.

I want to see you guys vs Denver.

My preferred 1st round of the Western Conference Playoffs would look like this.

1) Warriors vs 8) Lakers
2) Nuggets vs 7) Kings
3) Thunder vs 6) Blazers
4) Rockets vs 5) Jazz

Kings probably have the best chance vs OKC, but I don't think them reaching top 2 or the Kings getting to 6th are possible. I think Denver is more upset prone but would still probably win the series. They might get a game vs the Warriors, but if GSW turns it on like they can it could get ugly. Like I've said it doesn't really matter the opponent, f if they get in I'm very happy.

Imagine trading him to help dump salary.
that is a kick in the balls.

kid got into a good situation with good management and good coaching and has flourished.

LA was bad for him, all the roster turnover, coaching, management, etc.....all the attention etc....

guy has been unreal. I am glad for it, good to see a former Buckeye kick some ass - he got his head on straight and is playing some amazing ball.

Cavs won 5 of their last 10.....

not good,

but this team, was never worst team in the NBA bad if they were even moderately healty.

firing a coach to start the season, losing Love, trading away all the vets, tons of injuries- I mean TT was playing great at one point but got hurt.

Love, Sexton, TT, Osman, Nance.....

Cavs are a bad bad bad basketball team- but they at least have a base to build from, a helluva lot of draft pcisk (and they will only get more) and a ton of expiring contracts that are assets next year.

this will not be a long extended 5 year rebuid

IS Giannis a "front court" player? Is Kawhi a "front court" player?

Jimmy Butler is not

depending on how you qualify those guys- whether they are front court players or not-

if you are talking about big men in the Eastern Conference

Kevin Love, is what?

behind Embiid, behind Simmons (though is Simmons a point guard?) maybe Vucecvic now because of Vucevic's durability (just talent i still take Love), he is without a doubt one of the premier big men in the East

he is better than Horford
he is better than Collins- at least at this point (though Collins is a beast and is only getting better)
he is better than Jarret Allen
he is better than Andre Drummond

Blake Griffin? you can make the argument Blake Griffin is better than Love.

in the West?

Jokic, Towns, maybe Adams, Gobert, Porzingis when healthy, Davis, maybe Capela, maybe Aldridge, the new Draymond? i dunno. No one even guards Draymond on the perimeter anymore

Kevin Love is still pretty much a right around a top 10 big man in the game.

And i will tell ya- shooting, passing and rebounding are skills that can last. Great teammate, unselfish, and a good guy.

you can do a LOT worse for the money.

Kevin Love's skill set changes a team. You put him on the Blazers right now and they would be truly dangerous
