How does one become a Clips fan?

Big fan of Billy Crystal's work?

I kid but I'm always curious at these

Mets/Yankees I get is more neighborhood based
I'm from Los Angeles.

My family was lower middle class.

So, we couldn't afford Lakers tickets.

Up until right before the Blake Griffin days, you could get 4 tix, 4 hot dogs and 4 drinks for $60.

Before the Dooling, Miles, Maggette, Richardson years, you could get the same deal for $40.

They were the only sporting event that we could attend as a family.

Pretty simple.

I first became aware of the Clippers when the LAkers traded Norm Nixon to them.

Fame was my favorite TV show and Norm was married to the Star, Debbie Allen.

I'm from L.A. too! Lower Akron.:heh: Seriously that was the nickname of where I grew up. Now Firestone Park smells like meth, stale malt liquor & hooker stank.

This song was BANGING in Cali.

I can't even lie I liked that song

Wow what a throwback

Makes me miss Zapp and Roger. Hell Roger has been dead 20 years now. Did a lot of vocals for West coast hip hop stuff. California Love most notably.

Just noticed DJ Quik there lol

Man I'm a 90's rap nerd.

Wasn't Sugar from Akron? She was always getting banned when she posted on Fan-nation.

Dude, I went to High School for 1 year with DJ Quick, Hi C and 2nd II None...lol

* Centennial High *

I was in the 9th grade when they were in the 12th.

I didn't know Quik or AMG.

But, one of my friends was dating Crawford Wilkerson, aka Hi C and my brother is friends with KK from 2nd II None.
