I didn't love the Corbett pick to be honest. Id call them misses at this point.

Peppers made some serious strides last year I agree.

The Kizer pick is only not a miss because Dorsey flipped it lol

Honestly my biggest issue with Sashi is he wouldn't have made a move like grabbing Jarvis
I HIGHLY doubt that Sashi would have taken the gamble and taken Mayfield. He would have almost undoubtedly taken Darnold or Allen.--- probably Darnold

Do you think Lue will ever get another head coaching job
Maybe with the Lakers.

Otherwise, he could be a lead assistant a few places.

He seems well liked.

On a side note, do you think he SHOULD be a Head Coach again?

It Damn near killed him the last time.

The guy is even getting heckled by home fans.

He's not right.

I can understand playing him, working him back into shape during the first 3 quarters.

I will admit that I haven't watched a ton of Celtics games.

But, the ones I have, he has no business being on the court in the closing minutes of close games.

He's not doing you any favors defensively.

He barely helps on offense.
I don't disagree that Hayward isn't right and he's playing very mediocre basketball.

I'm fine with him getting minutes in the regular season, though... the alternative makes even less sense.

The C's got a heavy investment in him and they have to give him a chance to work back into form.

Nuggets will be a handful either way but if he gets rolling.....

But that pesky defense....
They can score.

If Thomas and Barton can integrate into the offense well, they will be lethal.

But, like you said....

Defense.

Murray, Jokic, Isiah may be to much of a liability for a ageing Milsap, injured Harris and a hyper Plumlee to mitigate enough to get passed the top teams in the West come playoff time.

Yeah, I see your point.

In most years, I would say playoff seeding is important.

But, you are likely getting Raps, Bucks, 6ers in the 2nd round.

So, as long as you finish 4th, it won't matter.

2nd round in the East will be just as hard as the ECF if all 4 Teams finish healthy.

Holy fuck.

Tyler Johnson has had his teeth knocked out 7 times in 2 years and he still won't wear a mouthpiece?

Yeah, the Cavs situation is a bit different than say...the Raptors.

Even if Kawhi bolts, the Raptors got that Derozan deal off the books.

They didn't mortgage their future to get him.

Cavs would have needed to give up picks for a rental.

No, Sir.....

If they land Zion this year it would have been an even worse move imo

Unless somehow they would have won a championship with Lebron, Irving, PG...But i don't think that was enough anyways...PG was an upgrade vs Love, but it's still 3 vs 4 all stars

Ramona Shelburne's ESPN article on Durant is pure nauseating.

What an ass-kissing puff piece.

ESPN is so shameless and will kiss ass and avoid so much negativity for access its disgusting.

19 pts, 10 boards , and 2 assists a game at age 21 is no joke.....

less than 30 minutes a night too.

that seems crazy to me.

honestly so many good young PF's in the game

as much as I like Kuzma- and I do- just think there are quite a few young guys that sahre the position that you would take over him- and that kind of waters down his value trade wise. There are even quite a few guys i take kuzma over- but are still good young players.

Ayton
Collins
Jackson Jr.
Bagley
Siakem
Markenen
Turner
A. Gordon

Doncic and Simmons are PF size- but what do you call them?

Giannis of course

id rather have Kuzma than Bobby Portis and Harrell- but both those guys are really good young PF's. Dario Saric. Miles Bridges are good young players.
