I don't think most have Houston, SA and OKC (maybe the exception) in front of the Cavs to win it. I doubt that seriously. The Cavs also have a better chance than any of those teams as they'll only have to see the Warriors in the Finals. The teams you mentioned will likely have to go through Golden St. if they want to go to the Finals.

That and his role. He said he wanted a place where he could contend AND a place where he could have a significant role. Reportedly, Cavs let him know he would be a starter, other teams sold him on a bench role.

Melo claims a deal sending him and PG to CLE was basically done back on draft night... then didn't happen at the last second.
