Cmon now.

We can't criticize players for leaving, then come back and later criticize the next guy for staying.
I don't fault anybody for anything(except KD that fucker, lol). It's more of a shot at the organization than Wall. Theyre never gonna give him what he needs to win a Championship. Now with Wall, Beal and Otto locked up with big salaries, they most likely cant do anything to improve, and they were a 4 seed, in the East.

Thinking about firing my dad.....thought me and him were going to a dinner.......we show up at a Greet restaurant with a bunch of old people and live entertainment, the one man show Denny Pezzini.....and all the old ladies wanted to dance with me.. Dad even suggested I dance.....tried to sell me out. Told him he'd be packing the garage alone on Saturday.....he backed off insisting I dance with the little old blue haired ladies.....

I agree.

They had one shot. That ship sailed when KD showed zero interest in them. Signing KD was their only realistic path. Now they will be a good, not great team for the next 5 years.

WTF di you tag me? WTF does this got to do with me?

Last I checked I'm not a Cavs fan...

Maybe because this is the offseason thread and you like to pretend you're the next hottest thing for ESPN, you dumb fuck!

But asking for your opinion when you're ridiculously biased was probably the wrong thing to do.

So Stephen A. pretty much says that Kyrie's camp didn't put this out and that Lebron's camp did. Outstanding.
Can't see why Cleveland, or Kyrie would leak it, so this totally makes sense. Gonna be crazy if Cleveland doesn't actually trade Kyrie, and they have to play together amidst the chaos

the Cavs remind me of a dysfunctional family anyways, so yeah, it oughta make for some interesting basketball stories...

No way Lebron comes back to Cleveland next year knowing Kyrie wants out

The best thing the cavs can do is see if lebron wants to waive his no trade clause and get out. That way they could keep Kyrie and hopefully get some pieces in return.

The other option would be to trade kyrie now and see lebron leave in free agency next year.

Timing of this sucks for trades. All the recent signees (and draft picks) are ineligible until December. Cleveland might have to be OK with taking future 1sts instead of this year's picks if they don't want to wait.

I could see something along the lines of Kyrie/Osman/filler for Melo/Ntilikina/picks in December.

The Celtics might very well be the favorites out the East next year too.

Lebron is gone IMO next season. They'll get a Paul George-ish return for him in trade. Cavs should be able to get a better return on a Kyrie trade, since he has 2 years left, but too many assets are frozen until December. It's nice that Kyrie gave the Cavs an extra year's notice, but a few months earlier would've been ideal.
