I think they're actually axing the 9:30AM start time. Don't remember if it's for next season or 2018.Can we stop this already? As much as I like seeing a game on at 9AM local, I still think it's a stupid idea trying to make American Football into a mainstream sport in Europe.
Dodged the bullet again, Yippee!
Sucks for the teams with all the travel and for the week after.
You would think so but I believe all teams have to do it eventually like it or not.One would think Goodell would want to make sure New England plays there as often as possible, right?
better them than us
These London games are starting to annoy me. 3 out of 4 of the "home" teams have losing records. The travel is bad enough, but at least make it an "away" game for these bad teams.
Well the issue is the NFL is picking teams that are struggling to sell out their stadium. They are not going to take a home game away from the top teams in the league that make the team a ton of money every Sunday. Easier to upset the fans of Jacksonville than the fans of Green Bay that they are taking away a home game.
I understand from the business standpoint. It just sucks as a Rams fan, man. We need all the home games we can get.

Oh understand. I would hate if my team was picked as one of them that had to give up a home game. When is the stadium expected to be ready for the Rams? I wonder if that plays into it a bit for them in losing a home game since they don't officially have their true stadium.
