Been reading up on the kid. Seems like a great athlete. Good nose for the ball. Doesn't have the strength or frame that JJ has, but he's a warrior. Didn't see his combine results.

That link had his combine results. Smaller than his brother JJ, but a specimen in his own right...overall grade was better than many of the guys we've talked about.

6'4"...252...ran a 4.69...37 vertical...has some decent moves, but I have to think he will pick up more tidbits from JJ.

I would like it obviously, but I don't think it will happen....he's going to command $6+ mil per I think.

I have not heard anything on Bryant yet, but that's not unusual...we might not hear anything until the draft actually.
Yea its highly unlikely to happen. But it makes me wonder about both Bryant & Coates. The news coming this close to Bryant's pending reinstatement, and after Coates' reported hand & hernia surgeries. Maybe I'm reading too far between the lines, but it has me worried that there might be some bad news to come.

One thing that could be in play is agents floating stuff out there to drive up the price on CLE. Coates will get a chance to see if he can be that WR2 even if Bryant comes back so if he is reinstated he's going to have to bring it to win his job back. He's a better WR than Coates so that should not be a problem if he's ready to compete.

Reportedly MB has been on the straight and narrow during his suspension. History shows the league will typically grant you another shot. Unless there has been a reason to not reinstate him I think he will be reinstated.

But, Pryor would be a welcomed plan B.

Could be! And I agree on Bryant v Coates battle. Should be an exciting one to watch this offseason. Hope both are at full health.

This could also be some sort of probe that could indicate the Steelers' interest in gauging the 1st & 2nd tier WR market for FA. I'm sure their target ceiling is a 2nd tier WR if the right guy is there at the right price. Pryor is a fringe 1st tier talent so this could indicate the top end of the 2nd tier market value.

Another thing to note... Sorry my mind is everywhere this morning... Is that this probe of Pryor could indicate the Steelers' interest in gauging the 1st & 2nd tier WR market for FA. The name Brandon Marshall has been linked to PIT...whether it's soft interest or not we don't know. The fact that several FA WRs are being mentioned with PIT tells me they have some interest in bringing in a big body vet WR and there are several out there.

Not sure how I'd feel about B-Marsh on the Steelers. Always rubbed me the wrong way. He's usually a me-first type of guy. I think they already have enough of those ego's and don't need to add another.

I'm not a big B Marsh guy either, but I know he wants to win. As a FA you don't come into an establish locker room like the Steelers and act a fool. I could see Foster or Heyward putting him in check pretty quickly.

AB was "allowed" to push the edges, but when he crossed the line we saw him recoil.

Judging by the combine interviews I would say we shouldn't.

I wouldn't close the door on it because Green is another hit to the head away from forced retirement imo. If they lose him again, no one else quite has what he brings to the table.

Gotta be taking a hard look at lots of players. OLB's Tim Williams & Ryan Anderson... ILB Foster... CB Humphrey & SS Jackson... TE Howard, RB Mixon (heard they ran him through drills), & WR Stewart... OT Robinson...
