Anywho...doug's Holiday Weekend went flat with loses by the Lions and Wolverines. Even the Spartans won and ended up with a better season record than the Wolverines. The Lions? Still have a chance at a Wildcard....but with no decent running game, those chances are slim.
Doug....are you going to switch over to the Astros before the MLB Winter Meetings?

Sad truth...Wolverines won't fire Harbaugh (9-7 in last 16 games)...because they couldn't get anyone any better. Michigan is no longer a powerhouse football program. Just one of the "other" teams in the B1G10. Sure, the better half of the conference, but not a nationally recognized ''threat''. Harbaugh is a ''name''....good or bad, he is the best they could hope to get.

Rumors that Washington might consider trading for former National, Jordan Zimmermann, if the Tigers pick up the major part of his remaining monies. Tigers owe him $74 million over the next three years. Just guessing, but unless Washington's front office is suffering from delusions....I figure they'd want Detroit to pick up well more than half of that amount.

Sure the Browns are lousy but it doesn't change the fact the meeeechegan in 0-3 vs. Ohio State & 1-2 vs. Michigan State. Jimmy Jam's such a great CFB coach he can't beat his rivals. Look for that asshole in ann arbor to jump ship after next season & return to the NFL.
